For me it installed automatically,
only difference I've experienced is that the in the native Spotify app, the sound quality went to normal. It used to be worse than when playing from a connected phone's Spotify, but now they're equal.
And I guess there's some new traffic information, but didn't seem to be that realistic at least where I live.
