Don't think so you can tell it's probably just a remake of the M facia to fit on the x5 fenders, the M front end will only fit on the X6 style fenders not the standard X5 fenders, the bumper to fender seam on the x5 and x6 are different design and the X5M used X6M style fender not the traditional X5 fender.
Plus the seam work doesn't look very tight.
Otherwise looks good, but definitely not OEM.
