So got some news...
After calling STL Parks & Rec I found out that the Taco Bell Shelter we reserved last year is reserved already..... So right now we have 2 options
1. Reserve another shelter at another park. Just need to have someone in STL at the current moment scope out the location... Still have BBQ, Photo Shoot, ETC...
2. Just have the meet at a Hooters or something similar. No BBQ obviously, then after wards still have photo shoot, cruise, etc...
Suggestions???
