It's not the non return valve. It's just to the right of that towards the front. It's about an inch to inch and a quarter size threaded hex bolt. Nothing goes on the end of the bolt though I know that much just from looking at diagrams.

It's the chain tensioner 100% sure, I've changed it about 1 year ago..
