Gives it a very nice shine that's more of a deep matte, resembling a brand new tire that's just gone through a car wash. Not like those others that look like you've rubbed fried chicken grease all over your tire.
Not sure about drip fling. Honestly, all have the potential to do it. Just don't use too much and let it sit for a little while before driving. Personally haven't had any issues.
