Plus, I usually need a firm count of exactly how many people and how many rooms a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, so I can ask and see if, first, any BW's offer employee rates in the area (it's not required, i.e. the one I worked at offered it in the summer) and second, if they'll accomodate multiple employee discounts.
It can sometimes get complicated.
