My first time at a HPDE, my instructor drove my car during the first laps of the first session to get a feel for my car. He commented that my setup felt very good.
I'm running the M Perf Coilovers with both settings at +3 (and lowered a bit). It is a little rough on bumpy streets but I've gotten used to it and prefer the feel of it when I go around corners vs. factory values.
