Did you mention anything special or "symptoms" to get them to update? Was it covered under warranty?

Yes it was covered, I explained that I could not update to the latest Bluetooth update because the Integration level was too old and that there is a bug that makes it so that you cannot update the bluetooth unless you are on the newest I-level. Also doesn't hurt that I tip my advisor and the tech each time I go in.
