The eisenmann is muffler only. The supersprint x-pipe for the Z4M is NOT the same as the x-pipe for the Z4. The regular Z4 incorporates a y-pipe to go from the stock two pipes down into a single pipe to their muffler. Since the Z4M has a muffler on each side, it splits at the first resonator and one pipe goes to each side. The Z4M supersprint pipe uses this same pipe configuration so it should fit. The only differences would be pipe diameter (if changed) and location of where the pipes and muffler meet up.
