If we apply the same mark-up to the E92 M3:

Which is $150 more than mkoesel's figure after adjusting for the delivery charge (he included that) to which the mark-up does not apply. Close enough I'd say.
So, even when discounts become available, they won't be much more than $1500 or so since the dealer is only making $4500, provided there aren't any manufacturer's incentives, or you are not buying a previous year's model sitting on a lot, but with this kind of pricing I doubt you'll see that happen often.
By the way, for the 911S, the mark-up is around 14.5%, so $5k-$7k discounts are possible.
