I solved the problem by selling the car.
For me, the car was not what I expect from BMW, not a bad car, just not what I expect for the cost premium. My neighbor just replaced his 2019 230i with the 2022 230i and feels the same way.
Happy with my 2013 135i M-Sport, plan to keep it forever.
