I don't have the confidential wholesale price listing for 328i convertible. But if it said $36,960, then that's one. But again, that's the dealer's invoice price. As for the one listed on BMW site, I guess you could say that that's the Euro Delivery MSRP. For example, mine is 328i sedan. Euro Delivery price listed on BMW site is $30,130. But the price I used to negotiate is actually $27,720. If I just get the base one without option, then I would add about $1000 to it. So, I would offer $28,720 to the dealers. The bottom line is your saving will be very close to the one listed on bmw website, which in your case is around $3,000
