You were correct in term of dealer invoice and MSRP. But for options, you don't have to add using retail price. You can add options using the same confidential wholesale price for each option. Then the total is the dealer's invoice total. You negotiate with the dealer based on that total + dealer's profit (usually ranging from $700 to $1200, depending on the dealer. But don't pay more than $1000 over invoice). The saving is a little less than you calculated since nobody would pay MSRP. If you have a US delivery, it's usually $2000 off MSRP, depending on the model. Hope that helps.
