I do not know how your retrofit was done, but nothing done via center console USB should lock the NBT.
Do you have 001.047.003?
If using emulators with donor VIN and FSC, Rheingold can lock NBT if FSC status is checked. If you try to update via ISTA-P, it may cause issue.
