McKenna BMW (greater Los Angeles) has a sapphire black M2C with that 2-tone interior listed on its website right now. I'd like to see the window sticker somehow to check if it is factory special-order and listed on the options (I've been told this is possible), or some sort of post-import modification which then should show up on some sort of "addendum" pricing sticker the same way Market Adjustments, aftermarket wheels, etc. are listed and priced.
