I parked next to a X5M that looked like a similar year to my G05 (2022 X5 xDrive 40i). The grills on the X5M looked longer (top to bottom) than my grills. You need to make sure they will fit. The X5M has a lot of body pieces that are changed from the normal X5. The front bumper and grill surround may be different.
