Sorry for the confusion.
The first pic is the app showing no update available. 2nd pic is idrive notification saying update available. 3rd pic is the details in app of car software version.
My car, via idrive notification, is saying there is a software update available to download. The my BMW app, says my car is up to date, and no upgrade available.
Herein lies the problem.
The app is the only way to get the update, so I cannot get the update until app says it's available..
Unless of course I go to dealership, talk to the SA, promise my firstborn child, bring alcohol, offer sexual favors, or something on those lines, just to get them to do the update.
Since the car and the app "talk to each other" they should be at least giving same info.
