I assume that it's a grounding kit, which are usually installed in cars to reduce "noise" in the electrical system. The theory is that certain "noise" in the electrical system potentially causes engine sensors to read improperly which leads it to run in a non-optimal state. By grounding the car's electrical currents, you reduce this noise and allow the car to run more optimally. If there is any real world effect, it's usually that the car/engine runs smoother.

ummm interesting. So is there any noticable difference when you drive the car, performance response etc... Cause the mod doesn't look cheap either.
