Leasing vehicle new or used from out of state
I am bit confused. I know that in certain states sales tax for the entire purchase price has to be paid even if leasing. Here in CA that is not the case but does sales tax for net cap need to be paid if the vehicle is leased either from private party or CA that is out of state?
