Well, the colors are completely off.
But I see nothing wrong if it were better executed though. If it could still look OEM when off (which I doubt), and have more accurate colors, I would totally do it and turn it on for a car meet and that sort of thing. Pretty neat idea.
Definitely a negative for road use though. Could be "impersonating an emergency vehicle"
