I re read the thread quickly and I'm not sure anymore. But I couldn't understand half the terms they were throwing around, but in the end the answer was that Castrol 0w-40 ll01 is the best bang for buck as well as pretty good quality to get that is the same price as the other. Originally thread was to compare 0w30 to 0w40 and turned into that haha.
