Pulled the same amount on a full bolt-on 135i with a DCT. He musta missed a gear, too.

Top-end is not a strong point for these cars. As I've said over and over, all that TQ that that looks nice on paper is meaningless when you're not making much beyond 5K RPM. A B8 S4 with similar mods will trap in the 1/4-mile around 117-118 MPH, roughly the same as these BMWs, but 100-150 MPH acceleration is a different story.
