Turner does some great stuff, but I doubt that, apart from a turbo upgrade, there is going to be a huge need for it. If heatsoak was a big concern, I think Vishnu would have mentioned it early on in his testing.
You cant compare the BMW to the audi 1.8s or SRT-4s or STis. All of those cars have small displacement, low compression motors running much higher boost numbers. Realize the IC only removes the heat in the air from compressing it in the turbo (the fact that the turbo is attached to the exhaust doesnt transfer that much heat). The 335 isnt compressing the air *that* much.
