Thanks guys.
The only real reason I brought up a larger (better) intercooler is simple.
I've heard about overheating issues in the first 335i coupes, and with chips like the Xede pushing more boost, heat soak is bound to flare it's ugly head with the little intercooler that's on our cars now.

I recently came from the Subaru and Mitsu crowd and I know that many guys with regular WRX's and even STI's switched out to larger intercoolers and got great results allowing them to increase boost and keep temps down.

Hey Comeback, I didn't have as bitchin a car as you had back in 1987.
I LOVED the Buick GN (as did everybody else) back then.
They were out of my price range and a car my parents surely would not let me have.
I had a pretty cool car though, it was a Dodge Shelby Charger, with the 2.2 Turbo engine. Very quick car back then especially for a 15 year old who'd just gotten his learner permit a couple months prior.
