from my experience...larger intercoolers did nothing for hp gains...even at higher temps.....unless you upgrade to bigger turbos....usually the stock intercooler is meant to handle the stock turbos....even with increased boost on a stock turbo...larger was not necessary..
anybody want to switch out to bigger intercooler..and see if there are any increase in hp?....
