I'd go with Silverstone or Alpine White, they are my two favorites.
Remus makes a great system but I prefer the sound of Eisenmann or Vorsteiner. You also get the weight savings from Vorsteiner's titanium design.
Definitely do the tinted windows, I think that's a must!
Black 20's will set any M3 off, that's a must as well.
