It’s good they could actually replicate it and solve the problem cause that’s not always the case
we just had our M5 dropped for yearly service and few other things including weird sound. Sounded like some vacuum leak of some sort. Over course of 5 days it couldn’t be duplicated. We had it on video but it seems like it has to start happening on daily basis. Oh well. What matters is that we have that in writing in the system and they have video of it.
