who did the install?

tar? should be removed. it can etch your paint. the whole thing doesn't have to be redone, depending on section.

dust or contaminants? in the interim time after the car has been washed and clayed, until XPEL is ready to be laid, it's probably impossible to achieve a dust free surface (unless you are in a sealed/filtered clean room). So i live with it.

Raja, did mine, had a couple spots that i noticed under close inspection after i got home. he does touch ups free while the film is under warranty. i will probably hit him up in an year or so, after i accumulate some additional blemishes.
