I run 19x10.5 ET45 and 295/30 R7’s in the back and am dropped 18mm. I don’t think a 295/30/19 R7 will fit in the back on a lowered car with ET40. The clearance is tight on the outside.

I don’t know the exact clearance left inside the rear, but I know there’s room. My current setup clears with no rubbing, so maybe ET45-46 is the way to go to make sure all types of aftermarket suspension clear on the inside.

The big question is can I get a 305/30 RE-71R to fit with these specs. I haven’t tried it yet, but I think so bc the R7 is so wide.

I would have bought 19x10.5 Apex’s if the ET was more than 40. You guys should mount up some 295 & 305/30s on your 19x10.5 ET40 wheels and put them on a lowered M2 and let us know.
