I will say the M3 is on order for the main reason that Nissan has mark-ups and BMW does not. If the M3 wanted +$20K I would not buy it and since Nissan is going with the limited production (for the US) and the dealers won't even have a list unless it's for +$10K for the GTR then they lost a good paying buyer and I will say it's mainly for the dealers wanting mark-ups.

I am not getting into an argument over this, but probably I have looked at buying a GTR more then most people here so I think I have a feel and the dealers (IMO) are really giddy over they huge mark-ups they think they can get and that's only cos there is a limit on supply. With the M3 no real limit so no mark-ups.
I don't think in our economy right now any dealer will get a full mark up on there cars..
