You guys are loosing boost.
Some aftermarket exhaust don't have the butterfly valves that close and open with stock exhaust. And if you don't plug them after installing new exhaust you will loose power.
Shahin is correct - you need to plug the vacuum lines. I had same exact issue. Once plug, all that power is back!!! Experienced this first hand.

I went to autozone and picked up Vacuum plugs and a band clamp and sealed them both off.
