Your M4 car I presume. You can make a good choice and sometimes a bad one, thing is not to put all your eggs in one basket. We make a living out of selected tenants from an agency which is a must as they can spring into action no cost to us legal proceedings if someone stops paying rent. We never take anyone on outside agency, it's way too risky.
