True, if the rotors are hot and you imprint pad material by stopping. But if they never fully get up to temp, it shouldn't do any harm... but like I said, I'm no expert.

The difference was so dramatic after I did mine the 1st time. It went from a VERY pronounced "stuck" feeling to being near perfect (what you'd expect BMW brakes to feel like). I'm thinking of doing it a 2nd time. The Zeckhausen site says the pedal will really firm up the 2nd time... which should take care of my only remaining complaint.
