sorry to hear that. never had this done before but I know it is much eaier to remove gum when it is cold. it is a bitch if it is hot and the gum is very sticky. your job is to figure out how to cool down the area that has gum residue, then take a tape and tape over the residue area and pull the tape out and hope the tape will also pull some of that gum out. but you have to do it when it is cool. Just a thought, try it at your own risk since I never done it.
