Nah, he ❤️Loves❤️ You. I did that too. I had my CAs phone number and we texted everything back and forth. It worked great and he was very responsive. He was also able to check things out before he responded, so I got good answers every time.
My dealer is a 90-minute slog on back roads. I only went there once before I ordered, and again to pick up the car.
It would have been nice to be able to pop in and learn more about all the features, both before and after I ordered, but I didn’t have the patience for the 3-hour round trip.
I plan to use the same CA if I buy another BMW. He claims he will still be there ... that dealer also sells MB, so I could easily test and compare them in the future.
