Fellow OD here. Sorry to hear about your car. Definitely smells like an inside job if there was no forced entry and it was stolen from their garage... Hopefully you get it back in one piece!
You should threaten to contact the news media and social media about how your car was stolen from inside the dealer garage and tell people to don't buy or service their car there if they keep ignoring you. Hopefully that will get a response from the dealership.
