I think that our police have a greater focus on trying to minimise risk to innocent members of the public whilst in persuit. Whilst we may be less successful at apprehending offenders it would be good to get the full picture and understand collateral damage and injuries to innocent bystanders elsewhere.
What also comes across in that video is how densely populated our little island is. It must be a total nightmare persuing someone in such a built up area.
