Hit the nail on the head there. Last time I checked most of the premium tyre manufacturers did not recommend repairing runflats. The fact that only backstreet outfits and one-man bands are prepared to repair them is another clue.
If I had a runflat that had deflated overnight and had done zero miles in that state I just might consider finding a willing repairer but if I had driven several miles at up to 50mph then I would consider the sidewalls to be compromised as far as further use goes.
