Street pad for street, track pad for track otherwise it's a compromise. You'll likely destroy a hybrid pad and/or get brake fade unless you're not a very fast driver or are running a rock hard tire and track pads on the street are noisy and wear rotors.
It takes 20 mins to change pads on a M2. Tie up the brake sensors.
