It would appear that my ashtray will not open fully as it looks like something is stuck behind it where the hinges are. I've tried to pull pretty hard to try and rip it out but do not want to break it. How do I remove this tray to retrieve whatever is stuck behind there?
It looks like there is a piece of metal preventing it from opening fully? It looks like a kind of hook.
Any help appreciated I just don't want to snap or break anything..
