Was able to get google translate to work..but that .pdf is just awful, I didn't end up using the instructions at all. Luckily it's really straightforward, no need to mark the holes or anything. Just use all the bolts that are already on the car to initially attach it, then drill the holes, and pop up in the rivets. Except the rivets are garbage, and I found much easier and more solid push tabs at O'Reillys for a few bucks. All in all, a pretty easy install once I realized the supplied rivets just weren't going to work.
