There has been some extreme cases where people have been allowed (Exemptions) to drive such a powerful car at that age but you'll definitely have to state your reasons vigorously, and even then insurance probably won't be possible.
On the bright side, your very lucky to have had the opportunity to drive an M3 at such a young age! *Jealous*
