By appointment only. They usually only do full details, but ask for Berto and see if he has time to wash your car. One of the few detail shops in the entire Bay Area that actually has a water filtration system (its like using Evian to wash your car!) to prevent water spots.
I live in the East Bay and I still make the drive, they are that good.
BTW: The 3 step exterior detail is awesome - clay, polish, wax. Your car's paint will look AND feel like glass when they are done. People have used him to win quite a few concours.
