Going a different route. No issues. Only thing done was a notch on the lower mounting location to make it fit properly on convertibles (there's a support bar that is in the way on E88s). Doesn't affect anything else. Will fit perfectly. Will include a cleaning/oil kit as well. I will post actual pics later when I get a chance. stock photo attached
