You can attempt to re-bed each time with standard practices (putting a lot of heat into the rotors).

Some people actually will go through the trouble of running a really brutal pad, like a Hawk Blue, to remove deposits.

Other people just do their best to avoid leaving uneven deposits on the track (slow cool down laps, when pulling into the pits stopping the car with the e-brake, etc.).

If you can manage to avoid big uneven deposits, your street pads may very well feel fine and you may not feel a need to re-bed.

Any of those things, or have a set of track rotors and a set of street rotors.
