Nope - maybe once every x years, when getting new tires or something like that, but probably not even then. They don't get that dirty and I don't really care about anything that can only be noticed upon close inspection after "regular" cleaning. I only use soap (car wash detergent) and water to clean what I can see and reach. Lack of brake dust helps but took same approach on last cars that didn't have CCB.
