I believe they do as both bare pipes on the E90/E92 325i|330i|328i models are 60mm as-is and 72mm w/ exhaust tips. I bought these from a local who had a 2008 E90 328i...
Received quite a few PMs on if they are the older ones that need a screw or if they are the newer ones that have the internal springs. They are the newer ones. As for the installation. All you need is a little muscle to shimmy them on. No tools or other parts needed...
