I also was interested in having my wheels painted black instead of the standard silver with black background, but so far the only quote I have from a wheel shop is $250-$300 per wheel. The kicker is that the shop says the process takes 8 business days. The price was bad enough, but leaving the car for 8 days is unacceptable. What prices/times are others getting?
