Hey Vincent - I would recommend the Procede.

Living up here at altitude is a completely different beast than living at sea level. And neither Procede nor JB3 were tuned at altitude. They claim they are, but it's crap. I had some limp mode issues with an older version and I was able to get Shiv and his guys to send me map updates to try.

I was literally at the track, doing a lap, hitting limp mode, coming back in and calling them on my cell, having them send me a new map, trying it out, sending them the logs, etc.

You can't do that with a JB3. They have to send you a new chip.

Now it's not only a track problem. And I was getting limp on the street at times, too. Now it's 100% solid and I'm reluctant to upgrade my map, even if V3 is "better" than V2.
