7500-9k usually . Exhaust and wheels can add up.
The front end conversion is rather simple and bolt on. You can mod side skirts if you don't want to do the rear. The rear is the mostly costly and difficult part of the build.
Venom, sk8fe and myself built out a pretty extensive part list which I posted a thread on.
Personally if you are hesitant about spending the money and are interested more for looks than performance, get the kerscher bumper and skip the wide body. Dmacc's car with the kerscher kit looks amazing.
